Conditions for your booking
Cabin cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the rate and terms shown in ATA Travel. For retreats, day visits and private events, obtain the applicable written conditions from Ka’ax before payment. No general refund percentage or deadline is promised on this page.
Before you pay
The conditions applicable to your edition, including guest cancellations, date changes and organiser cancellations, will be presented for your review and acceptance.

You can change your selection before payment. After confirmation, the cancellation and amendment conditions accepted with your edition apply.
