Know what your gathering involves.
Every gathering has its own purpose and arrangements. Explore the idea, then confirm the details with Ka’ax.
From an idea to a confirmed date.
The new programme is being developed. Each event will confirm its price, host, accommodation, meals and activities before booking opens. Proposed dates do not establish any inclusions.
Tell us which gathering interests you, how many people would come and any practical needs. The team will discuss the arrangements before you commit to travel or payment.
Staying overnight.
A retreat’s accommodation, room sharing, meals and length of stay must be confirmed for that edition. A day or evening listing does not include a cabin unless this is expressly agreed.
For standalone cabin stays, the existing Overnight stays page connects to ATA Travel for its availability, rates and terms.
