What is included?
The new programme is being developed. Each event will confirm its price, host, accommodation, meals and activities before booking opens. Proposed dates do not establish any inclusions.
Can I come alone?
Tell us which gathering interests you and whether you would come alone. The team will discuss the group format and, for overnight retreats, the room arrangements before you book.
Are these dates available to book?
Confirmed editions show their price and availability. Booking opens only when the edition and payment service are ready. An enquiry or planning selection does not reserve a place.
Do I have to join every activity?
Talk to the team about the experience and your comfort level before confirming. Taking time out is part of being here; no activity needs to become a test.
Can you accommodate dietary or accessibility needs?
Please contact Ka’ax before committing to travel. The team will discuss the menu, accommodation, natural terrain and activity arrangements with you.
How do I enquire or book?
For a cabin stay, use Overnight stays to view ATA Travel’s availability, rates and terms. For retreats, days, evenings or private events, contact Ka’ax with your dates and group size. Proposed retreat dates are for enquiries only; they are not confirmed departures.
Has my website enquiry been sent?
If the form prepares an email draft, you must open your email app and send it yourself. If no email app opens, copy the prepared message and send it to hola@cenotekaax.com. Preparing a draft does not send a message, hold a cabin or take payment.
Can I visit for the day without staying overnight?
Day visits cost MX$500 per person and are available from 9am to 6pm when there is no private booking. Contact the team to confirm access for your date before travelling. Evening and night visits are not part of the regular opening hours.
Can children or pets come?
Please check with the team before booking. Tell us the children’s ages or whether you plan to bring a pet so we can confirm the arrangements for your stay or event.
Where is Ka’ax?
Near Akumal in the Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo, Mexico, between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Confirm precise directions and your arrival plan with the team before travelling.
Is the cenote private?
The freshwater cenote is within the Ka’ax property. Retreat schedules and any private-use periods will be confirmed for each edition.
How do I get there?
Ka’ax is near Akumal in the Riviera Maya. Transfers are extra unless your edition includes them. Discuss directions and transport options with the team before travelling.
What are the cancellation terms?
Read the terms that apply to your edition before payment. If a date or arrangement is still being prepared, ask the team for its payment and cancellation conditions before making travel plans.
